"Am I that irresistable?" he asks the dog, clearly amused. He cloeses his eyes and makes sure not to open his mouth, not wanting to taste dog drool or get it in his eyes. He decides not to try to stop the dog, but lays back and allows her to do what she will.

Abby laughed lightly, patting her leg and sending the dog off the couch and in her direction. "I knew that'd work." she said with a smile. She crossed her legs under her and sat down on the couch. She glanced at the clock...it was almost 2 am. "Oh my god...it's late. I'm sorry...I kept you over here and I'm sure you gotta get up early."

David turns his head to look at the clock and groans. "Four in the morning, I have to get up..." The way he drives, if he leaves now he might get home by 2:05, or slightly after. He sighs and gets up, stretches a little. "Sorry, but I'd better go..You must have to get up early as well." He goes over to her, standing pretty close, and pats her on the shoulder as he turns to leave. "S'been fun."

He smiles at her, then walks out, shutting the door behind him. He doesn't get why people appologize. But then, he's just one of thsoe people that does it only if he absolutely has to; he's been known to accidentally knock people over, like if he accidentally bumps into them on the sidewalk, and not appologize. He'd simply help them up and be on his way. He sighs a bit as he gets into hsi truck, starts the engine, and drives off.
